3. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to hack, destabilize, or interfere with the service.
• Uploading malicious code or content that infringes on third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduCare Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
